"This is the 5th time I have used Phill's Plumbing over the past several years and it probably won't be the last. Contacted them about about a bad water heater and made an appointment to have them replace it two days later. They would have come out the next day but there was no rush since I was able to get the heater restarted. Joe came out a couple of days later and as did a great job of installing the new one. In speaking to Joe it turns out that we both graduated from the same high school - Kubasaki High, Okinawa , Japan. It is very much a small world. So as he was installing the new water heater, he updated me as to what was happening at our formal high school. Joe wrapped up by cleaning up and taking the old heater away. I will continue to use Phill's in the future because I have always felt that I'm getting honest advice, great results, for a fair price.."

"Water heater went out on a Sunday and called Bill Metzger Plumbing around 6:30 expecting to leave a message. Surprisingly Bill answered the phone, I explained the problem and said he would send a technician out Monday morning. It appeared to be the gas valve. The water heater was 10 years old. Got 2 options, replace the entire water heater or just the gas valve. The water heater replacement was about $3000 and the gas valve about $700. No high pressure to replace the water heater. Decided the replace the gas valve after talking with the technician and Bill. Technician came out Tuesday morning and replaced the gas valve. Now plenty of hot water. The final invoice was $ 200 less than the estimate. Victor the technician was very professional. Knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Bill Metzger plumbing for all you plumbing needs"

"JD Plumbing or DeGennaro Plumbing was one of four companies that diagnosed my leak problem and submitted proposals. They identified the problem quickly and correctly. Although their price was not the lowest I selected them based on the completeness of the bid and their solution. They completely replaced our main water line from the street to the house. That required removing the grass and trenching for the new line. They installed the new line with quality materials and in a timely manner. After installing the new line they replaced the sod and cleaned the entire area. I had a problem with one area of the replaced sod not being level and to my surprise they returned the next day and leveled the sod. I highly recommend JD Plumbing."

"It all went much more quickly and efficiently than I had anticipated. I was asking around everywhere from plumbers to handyman about how to resolve our clogged drains. We had bought a new house and realized that all the backyard landscape drains were clogged. We wanted to clean them before the rains since water couldn't seem to get through. I contacted Zoom Drain and they sent Chris, who was courteous and knowledgeable. They came, gave an estimate and resolved the situation in just a few hours on the same day. I was agonized thinking I had to dig up broken drain pipes or cut down trees whose roots may have broken or blocked the pipes. At the end, the pipes were just blocked with 10yrs worth of mud and dirt which covered half the street in our cul-de-sac. Chris managed to unblock not just the pipes of years worth of crud, but he also checked into and freed up another garden drain which we didn't go over and he cleaned the street and terrace of all the dirt. "I had a break in my water main, leaking about a half-gallon per minute (720 gallons/day). By the time the water company inspector left, it was almost noon and I still had to find a plumber. Do It Right Plumbers scheduled me for immediate service, and Dakota was at my home that same afternoon. He restored the water service to my home, while bypassing the water main. This stopped the leak and allowed me and my family to go on with our day as if there was no water main problem. He explained my options and gave me exact prices. A lot of digging was needed, there were complications, and extra labor and hours were needed because the burst pipe was underneath the sidewalk. All of the dirt was shoveled on to protective tarps. When the water needed to be shut off, the down times were really brief. When everything was done, Dakota had not only replaced the water main, but also the water pressure regulator, the hose faucet, and all of the connections and valves. Then he replaced all of the dirt, re-planted the shrubs that had been removed during the job, and left the area looking as if nothing had happened. As for the final price, it was very fair, and exactly as he had quoted---not a penny more! I had a water main break before, and I remember how disruptive, expensive and stressful the last job was. Dakota really took a lot of the pain out of this latest ordeal. As hard as Dakota worked on the job, he worked equally hard to make this job as easy on me and my family as possible. If any future plumbing needs arise, I will be calling Do It Right Plumbers."
