"I never give reviews but Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning absolutely deserves one, From Start to Finish they were professional, respectful and courteous. The Customer service Representative was accommodating with my busy schedule and was able to send a Tech out later than usual to meet me right after work which I was so grateful for since My kitten and I have been freezing!! I ended up running a little late but my technician Sean was understanding and was such a nice guy. Sean was professional,informative and thoroughly explained all my options to me without being pushy, I've had such bad experiences with Service companies in the past trying to pressure me into buying something or replacing something right away but he didn't do any of that. "I had a brand new water heater installed 5 months ago. It began leaking on Saturday night just as I had a house full of guests staying for the weekend. Disaster! The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . So I was stuck with calling someone who I didnâ t know and get them to do a replacement on Sunday morning. Over a dozen plumbing companies declined. Fortunately I found this company. They came out Sunday morning. Removed the old 75 gallon unit under manufacture warranty and finished the job by late afternoon. ARS did a great job. Morghon Liddel was a real professional. Very neat install. So happy I selected this company. I learned my lesson about hiring a good old retired? Guy, never again. I am very satisfied with ARSrescue"

"Thank you to Julio Valle from John Padilla Plumbing, Inc. After I had a lukewarm shower, I called Padilla Plumbing based on their 5 star reviews on various platforms. They had an opening the next afternoon. The gentleman on the phone gave me an estimate for replacing the water heater if that was necessary & told me their service charge would go toward any repair that they did for me. The next day, a gentleman called to say the plumber was running late & would miss the time window. What would I like to do? I opted to have the plumber come the same day if he could do it in the daylight. Julio arrived about 20 minutes later! Yay!! Julio was very professional & courteous. He tested the in-house faucets (upstairs & down) for water temperature. Then we went down to the water heater in the garage. He adjusted the temp on one of the heating elements as it was much lower than the other one. Again, he tested water temps upstairs & the water was already warmer!! This seems to be a well-run, responsive plumbing company that I will call again when needed. Highly recommend."

"I contacted Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air, a honest and trustworthy company after I realized at the last minute I needed a refrigerator water line assessment and they quickly sent Miguel to my home who noticed upon assessment inspection the water pressure was unsatisfactory and recommended replacing the water pressure valve in addition to the refrigerator water line. Miguel was absolutely amazing , a breath of fresh air, very easy to work with, and managed to accommodate my water line hookup needs fitting me into his busy schedule. Miguel provided me with a great service experience at very reasonable price! He went above and beyond providing before and after pictures of my old and new water setup, answers all of my questions, all while providing outstanding customer service with a smile & 10/10 quality of work! He took the time to go over the estimate (priced fairly and competitively) and made sure that we had the equipment we needs for our household needs.
