"In the process of buying a home, we had Tony’s to give an estimate on the inspection report items found. Even though he was busy he arranged his time to fit it into his day. His quote was reasonable. After buying the house we hired Tony’s to do the inspection repairs and was able to get an appt quickly. Chris and Winston were very nice and professional. It took longer to complete the job but that happens. On one of the days they were to come back to work, we had appts at the DMV so I arranged for Chris to drive over and pick up the house key so they could work while we were stuck waiting. The work they did passed the city’s inspection as well. Just as Chris and Winston were finishing up the job, the pilot light go out on the water heater. Thankfully the tank was still under warranty so the part was free. Once the part came in Paul was able to install it that day, which was a Fri so we would have hot water over the weekend. Mandie, Angie and Karen were a huge help during the whole process and are all very nice. I truly appreciated their patience with working with me through it all! We are also working with Tony’s to have the sewer pipe repaired and my interaction with John, who is their pro for this type of work has been super nice and patient while explaining things to me and answering my questions on the subject. This repair is still in the strategic stage as the city is involved but I have no doubts in John’s ability to fix the repairs. We also are immensely appreciative in his efforts working with the city! I definitely recommend Tony’s! They will be our plumber for as long as we live here!"

"After I failed at removing the stuck valve cartridge ( broke the front half off the back half) call Phill's. They took the job and showed up immediately! Said it might come out but might not as it is all Brass and might have totally corroded together. Replacement of the valve would be the sure thing. Made the choice to try the possibly cheaper option and remove it, which ended up not working as it was really, really, really corroded together. Switched off to replacement of valve and surrounding supple water pipes, ( old galvanizes pipes that don't allow a new valve to be installled). They stuck with the job till done."

"Professional arrived as scheduled and surveyed and discussed problem. Set up equipment and went to work under cleared kitchen sink. Ran equipment thru system and then went to up stairs bathroom shower and cleaned out drain. After interior drains were cleared used rooter tool to clear main drain to street. <br /> Plumber was very professional and provided tips as he worked. He was clean and neat and cleaned up before leaving. <br /> I would use him again and recommend the service to my friends and neighbors. <br />"
