"Had a bad leak coming through my ceiling drywall so I cut out an area to see where it was leaking from. Service King called and immediately came out to check the problem. It was leaking from the upstairs bathtub drainpipe. We set up an appointment right away. They came out on time, extracted the old brass waste and overflow assembly for my upstairs tub in a couple of hours. They also found a leak in another water pipe above the ceiling and changed a leaking supply line for my toilet. Was very happy with the work done and would recommend them for any plumbing work to be done."

"Sunday March 28, 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Doctors Plumbing at 1304 Eastview Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. A consultative approach was used and appreciated. They did not talk down to you as the client/non-plumber in the room. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly resolving both issues. "Sam arrived on time and he was very professional. He answered all my questions and also made good recommendations. After finishing the tune up, I shared with him that I can smell gas in the laundry room or outside the house from time to time for the last year. He immediately checked the connections of the pipe for the dryer and found one wasn’t sealed and there was a gas leak. The previous owner had this house for 5 years and probably they experienced the same issue. Sam fixed the issue . "This provider was the third I called (all from Angies list with A ratings) but the first who answered the phone with a person versus voicemail. Since I needed help ASAP after my gas service was shut off due to a leak, I hung up on the voicemails.
The team came to my house within two hours of my call. 
They first checked my gas lines again to make sure Nicor didn't miss anything, using an air pressure testing method that Nicor did not bother with, but which gave better and more complete results.
Once that was done, and there was an initial cost for the service, which they discussed in full with me prior to commencing, they gave me a report on where the leaks were and what it wold take and cost to fix them. Two of the leaks were 'freebies' because there was trivial work involved (doping and tightening screw fixtures) and the other two required additional work. The price was reasonable, I approved the work, and they executed the whole thing in about 2 hours. They finished in time for me to have Nicor back out to reinspect and turn the gas back on the same day, so I can do laundry, cook dinner and bathe the kids again - no sleepovers at relatives waiting on a fix.
I will have them back out to do other, unrelated work in the future for certain."
