They had to locate the septic tanks on a large lot (previous owner had no idea where they were located and had never serviced them since moving into the home in 1965), dig over 3' in hard clay to reach the tanks, pump-out both tanks (which were completely filled with sludge), replace the T filter and help me unclog the drain line to the house.  They didn't charge any fees above the normal schedule (which was provided upfront).  Great value, considering the amount of work (and information) they provided.

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement.
