"Murphy's Law said that as soon as I stacked the boxes of my wife's old but favorite art books, something would happen. I even asked her if we ever had more than a standing inch of water in the basement. That night, a discovered a growing puddle around the water heater, that was running down the side of the tank from a pool at the top. I called a local plumber who we had used before (and even texted photos of the water heater to them), but after two days of no call back even though I left a second message, I called Green Air Solutions. Jeff called me back immediately, and despite that it was dinner time, and I told him it wasn't a dire emergency), he was over at my house within a half hour. What I liked best was that he took time to figure out the problem and explain it to me. The previous owners had put in two water heaters (I assumed to fill the large jacuzzi upstairs), but only one was being used. "The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
