"Rene and team replaced my 70 year old gas pipes when I discovered a leak. They were professional and the cost was competitive. Took care of permits and inspections."

"This is the second time I've hired DB's Plumbing & Drain and I continue to be very happy with them. This time, there were two problems: A main sump pump that had died and a backup sump pump I had connected with flexible tubing which began springing pinhole leaks within months and spraying water all over the room. DB's swapped the dead pump with a spare I had on-hand and reattached the backup pump to the outflow pipe with standard PVC piping. They also joined both pumps to the main pump's larger outflow pipe with a Y-junction which should improve the backup's rate of flow. While they were at it, they replaced the check valves and disposed of a lot of rusty nails and junk that had been swept into the sump pit over the years. All told it only took 2 hours and now everything is quieter, no water spraying around and I have peace of mind that the place isn't going to flood in the next winter storm."

"The technician was not only on-time, he called me when he was 20 minutes out to assure me he was on the way. He had all of the necessary parts and equipment on his truck and was completely done with the project -- replacing the glass and seals of my gas fireplace -- within 45 minutes. While the old glass was removed, he cleaned the interior of the fireplace and replaced the old embers, neither of which was required by the contract. After putting the new glass and seals in place, he then tested to ensure no carbon monoxide was seeping into the house. The fireplace looks like it is brand new and it functions perfectly. I am totally satisfied with the job, and the price was very reasonable. The technician left details of a service program, but did not pressure me in any way to sign up. I strongly recommend Wammoth Services to anyone needing to have a gas fireplace serviced or repaired."

"Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

"They were remarkable. First, they excavated the minimum needed to repair our drain and install the CIPP liner. They saved our front cement and brick staircase (directly over the main house sewer line). They only removed one section of the sidewalk that was over the main house sewer line. When done, they filled and compacted the dirt, covered the lawn with straw (i.e., ready for me to add seed and to avoid erosion) and replaced the damaged sidewalk section. The workers were polite and respectful of both us and our property. There was truly minimal disruption to the household. We could not flush toilets or run water down the drains for about 3 hours each day they worked on the line. We contracted for repair of the pipe that was on our property. They completed this work in two days. We then added re-lining the pipe under the road to the county connection. The team added people for and worked late on the second day. Job done on day 3. The job took 3 days (as promised)."

"Excellent. Anthony Ferrelli was on time, courteous, responsive, and efficient. He thoroughly inspected and tested our gas furnace as well as a malfunctioning connection to our humidifier. Also I find that Sila's fall special is the best price for this service offered by anyone. I highly recommend Sila and will definitely request Anthony again."

"We are very, very pleased with the service we received. The gas fireplace looks great, and all the people we dealt with were friendly, professional and did a great job. We also had R D White install a new hot water heater. Thank you so much, great service. Pia Connell"

"Edmund and Wes where extremely professional and knowledgeable. Showed up right on time. They were able to determine that there was not a leak. Pertaining to the water pressure, Edmund identified the problem immediately as an old compensator that was part of the original main water line. He replaced it and we went from 50 PSI to 70 PSI through the entire house. The pressure on the second deck is strong just like the pressure in the basement. They are now my go to plumbing team in Leesburg."

"We have been airflow customers for 10 years and we always request Charles. The furnace was not working. Charles found the furnace was operational but the thermostat was faulty. Charles repaired a misaligned prong in thermostat, changed the furnace filter, and furnace was working. He performed maintenance on gas fireplace.

"USAA, our homeowners insurance company reviewed Danny's report and accepted liability. Danny and his team were in constant contact with us. The job required his company to dig nearly 11 feet deep. Upon unearthing our sewer line he found the culprit, a massive tree root had all but destroyed our sewer pipe. He managed the entire process, obtaining permits, over seeing the excavation team and kept us apprised to the progress. Not only did his company fix the issue but they took care to return our landscaping to its original state. We found Danny to be honest, set our expectations, exceeded our expectations and got us back in our home with functioning toilets in a reasonable time.
Earlier this week we discovered our hot water heater hissing and leaking. Once again PlumbMasters to the rescue. He came out on a Sunday, replaced the pipe and switch. With zero hesitation I would highly recommend Danny and PlumbMasters. They are reliable, fairly priced and professional. I am not being paid for this review. I'm just a very happy customer. Finding a reliable, honest and professional plumbing company can be hard. But PlumbMasters has earned our family's business and hopefully they will earn yours too
