"I made an appointment and got same day service. Alejandro arrived on time. After I explained the job (reinstalling a water heater), I was pleased when he said he could do the job immediately. He reconnected the water heater in timely manner and left the area clean and nest. I was very pleased."

I was able to schedule the service with Mr James for a time that was convenient for myself and my aunt and we were both grateful for that. Mr James showed up at the arranged time.
