"Terrific response time! Called for quote at 12:24 pm. Jim quickly evaluated my need for two 50 gallon gas water heaters. Recommended Bradford White gas water heaters to replace my 20 year old rusting water heaters. His crew of 3 arrived at 1:30 pm and by 3:30 pm new water heaters installed and old water heaters removed from 3rd story walk in attic. Very efficient and clean installation. Price exactly as quoted. If you need water heater replacement call Jim at Water Heater Pros!!!"

"I was happy with them, but the shut off valve was leaking, I am not sure if it was leaking before or after he left but it cost me a lot of money to get fixed. The time was good, they were here about 2 hours."

"These guys were amazing. I hired them to replace my tankless hot water heater. They took a no need to haggle approach to the estimate process, which I appreciated. The install process felt very white glove, with runners deployed left left my floors and freshly painted walls without a mark. JD was very professional and personable, taking the needed time to do the install correct the first time. They even went the extra mile and fixed an unrelated issue (was not their fault) that would have failed the city inspection. What service! These guys are my new go to plumbers "

"The company came within 2 hours of contact and inspected my water heater. We received a quote before the plumber left. The next day, Jacob the plumber, followed up with me to see if I still needed their services. I called him back to let him know that I did. Within 2 hours he was back at my house to replace the water heater. He was done replacing the water heater within 2 hours! I haven’t had any issues since the repair. Thank you Plumbing System Pro for your awesome service!!"

"Shelby did a great job. Was friendly, professional and worked quickly. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Will use Brazosport Plumbing and Heating for all future plumbing issues!"

"They stuck to their very reasonable price quote even though the job required much more work to get the new water heater up into the attic."

"Installed two new water heaters. Service was prompt, courteous, and the work was top-notch. Jon is the ultimate professional. Would highly recommend!"

Usually, the two most important questions you want to be answered are? What?s wrong? ?And? How much is it going to cost? At Luke's Plumbing, we don?t have a problem giving you a price over the phone. Many Houston homeowners who call us are frustrated because they have called other Houston plumbing service companies and have gotten a run-around when it came to getting a price. It is sad to admit that our industry is plagued with plumbers who intentionally will not give you a price or even a ballpark estimate over the phone because they want to get in your home where they can pressure you face to face into spending more than you should. One of the highest numbers of complaints to consumer protection agency is for home improvement and service companies.. Plumbing license: MPL 37466. A/C license: TACLB 53102E. "Kris Aylor from 1-800-Plumber of Pearland is the technician who did the work replacing my water heater tank. He is very detailed and did excellent work completing the work within 3-4 hours. He also fixed other three plumbing issues I had not related to the water heater. I was very happy with the way he took care of my plumbing issues. I also found the cost with 1-800-Plumber much lower than other major plumbing company who gave me their free estimate. Kris also gave me a one year free Home Guard membership worth $199 for annual inspection and maintenance of AC, Heater, water heater and other plumbing related items. I will definitely use 1-800-Plumber for any future plumbing issues I may have."

"We have been pleased with all the work we have had including faucet repair and replace, repiping under kitchen sink, water softener hook up, new toilet, and new water heater, drain clean out, etc. We also have yearly maintenance contract. Great job done by all."
