"January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. "Initially used for estimate to replace 2 water heaters. After 3 estimates I decided heaters didnâ t need to be replaced. Ram CT owner Ramiro Cerda agreed with my decision. Based on that I decided to hire him to replace 4 lavatory pop-ups and one bathtub drain. His bid was fair and he did an excellent job. He encountered issue with tub drain that required him to create a small door access for the repair. He carefully sawed thru a bedroom gypsum wall, finished repair of the drain, drove to Home Depot and purchased a door and came back and neatly installed the door. Other than ask for reimbursement for the door he honored his initial quote. We will be using Ram CT as our plumber in the future"

Further, I had one minor issue which they followed up on until the work was done.  I am quite pleased to see a company stand behind their work product and provide continuing customer service in a positive way.  I will also note the plumbers were very meticulous about leaving a clean worksite--they even went back into the hot attic to remove debris and trash left by some other contractors.  When removing the old water heater, Texas Quality Plumbing came with a very large bag to ensure the old water heater didn't drip or leave carpet stains--this is something I really appreciate as past plumbers didn't provide such service.  In terms of price, I paid exactly what was quoted and nothing more.  Thank you Texas Quality Plumbing.
