Faucet & Plumbing Repair Services in north olmsted, OH

"Got both bathrooms remodeled in my condo, including new tub, custom walk in tile shower, and custom tile floors. Fantastic experience from beginning to end and exceeded my expectations. Helped me through the design stage while still staying respectful of my budget. Was very prompt and professional during the construction phase and throughout. Great communication throughout the process and was very accessible if I had any questions. Ensured top quality work was done (even higher than my expectations and my own high standards). Also did great follow up service to ensure that I was happy. The project finished on time and was great quality. Mark was the main tile guy and did a great job. I would highly recommend Big Bear and plan to use them again in the future."

"Very accommodating and efficient. Contacted me within minutes of my request. Arrived next day to de-install dishwasher for haul away. Arrived next day to install new dishwasher! Accepted another opportunity and came back two days later to install a new kitchen faucet! Very knowledgeable, polite and professional! I will be hiring him again after the holidays to complete various other pending projects!"
