"Harker Heating And Cooling is the best HVAC contractor we have ever worked with in 40 years. Their web site proudly says they are an “honest company with Midwestern values.” That is absolutely true. Their representative provided in-depth advice, answered our questions. and returned our messages. Their techs were knowledgeable, professional, careful, and friendly. They were on time, on call, and on budget. The service they provided for us over the years could not be better. So when the time finally came to replace our old furnace and A/C we selected them. Unfortunately, they encountered many unexpected problems installing our new equipment. Many more than they had anticipated for the job. But their representative pledged to address every one of them no matter how hard it was for them or how much of their time it took. And that is exactly what they did. No quibbling and no questions. They got the job done right. If you want an honest family contractor who stands behind what they do, and lives by those Midwestern values, then this is the company to hire. You will be glad you did. "If I could give 10 stars, I would. My water heater started spewing out water at 5PM on an unsuspecting Wednesday evening. I called several local businesses that offered â 24 hourâ service, with no luck coming out that evening. However, I received a call around 7PM from Adam Langridge, the owner of Otter Plumber. He said he would be able to come out to my house by 8PM, which he did. He took a look at the water heater, and he said that I needed it replaced, which did not come as a big surprise considering the unit was over 12 years old. We discussed what options I had, and how to proceed with the replacement. Ultimately, I purchased a brand-new water heater the following day from a local hardware store, and he said that he would go pick it up and would install it the same day. He didnâ t even charge me for the evening house call. He picked up the unit in the afternoon, the following day, and installed the unit within 2 hours, having everything finished by 5PM. From start to finish, it took less than 24 hours to get a new water heater replaced!!! You cannot find a more reliable and efficient worker!!! I would hire Adam 10 out of 10 times without thinking about it twice. Thank you Otter!!!"

"They were responsive and quick. Expensive. We asked for a duplicate water heater to what we had and didn’t get it."

"Called BKM on a Tuesday afternoon for help with a water heater problem in Germantown, got great next day service on Wednesday. Thank you guys!"
