Turns out nothing serious needed to be worked on, just a few little adjustments. I was worried a couple things might need a few holes in the wall to fix. Did a few things I was too wary or stupid to try, but it seems like everything is good now. Well, other than the kitchen faucet which I will definitely be calling him to install for me when I get it. The visit charge was well worth it if only for my peace of mind and very much worth it since I know some people would have gone ahead and made those holes and maybe even done some unnecessary work. "I went with AEI based on reviews here. The crew was very professional and thorough, but I would not use again or recommend. They offered to shorten the gas line from the house (gas grill install), but it doesn't seem any shorter (inch at most) and they had problems replacing it. That caused them to drill several large holes. To be fair, they reported the challenge was on the original installer side. It certainly added to their time. FYI, they charge $50 for every 15 minutes worked over the 1hour covered in the 199 service call."
