He started through the outside, then inside shower drain and then got onto the roof to snake the vent pipe. He obviously had no obligation to go out of his way to go look at our septic system - the fact that he did was just so kind. He then sent someone else out to take a look at what appeared to be water damage on our ceiling to be sure we didn't have a leak somewhere. That gentleman (who was also extremely polite and knowledgeable) took one look and said we are totally fine. Again, completely honest. We have some toilets to replace and a few other plumbing issues to address, and I will absolutely be hiring JD Precision again. I absolutely recommend them!!"
