"Crew members Trong Chau, Tan Pham did an excellent job for the installation - prompt, professional, and thorough. Staff Dante Zappala professionally measured and sized the system. Unique Indoor Comfort staff were very slow in providing warranty papers for the extended warranty of the Rheem Water Heater - it took a month to get the proper sticker to validate the warranty - and made it seem like a problem. We hope that they respect the warranties for the A/C and Furnace through Carrier."

"I had a great experience with Premier HVAC replacing my old and leaking water heater. I was impressed that they were able to respond quickly and start working on the same day as my call, especially given the severely cold weather and other plumbers being busy replacing freezing pipes. The plumber was able to work with my very tight kitchen space and narrow hallways, and without having to remove the countertop in my kitchen. I am satisfied with the installation and would definitely consider Premier HVAC for future plumbing needs."

"I needed a hot water tank. I checked Home Advisor that day and chose James and Family Renovations because they were able to see me the same day. They were here within the an hour and worked quickly and neatly. The price was comparable to the two other companies I called (one which never called back) and they even showed me the brand new tank with the tags still on it that they already had on the truck. I would highly recommend them to others."

"I have a service contract with them. They ran the line in the basement and connected it to the stove. They had to be creative because they were running lines in an area not made for it. They came and did the job in one visit and haven't had any issues. It took about half of a day to complete this job. I could have shopped around and gotten a cheaper price. I was comfortable with them. I didn't feel the need to go out and compare prices. I have a service contract with them."
