"What I liked about water heater plus is that the person I contacted clearly explained all of the options to me. He did not try to convince me to take any route in particular; he encouraged me to do what would be best for me financially at the time. I ended up replacing my old water heater and I think that was the best decision. The technician efficiently replaced my old water heater."

"He knows what he's doing. He fixed the water shutoff and installed the new water heater in only a couple of hours. Worked smoothly with the city to shut off the water and get it back on after the repairs."

"This was by far some of the best service I ve received for any type of repair. They were able to help me same day within hours of me calling. And the price they quoted was $400 less then a major company that had terrible customer service. I was BEYOND satisfied and I will recommend them to anyone."

"Needed to replace my Ac and furnace. After reaching out a variety of company websites, I got no replies and came to Home Advisor. Logan Services reaches out 15 mins after I submitted the request. Aaron Faughn was out the next day for over an hour going over options and making the process easily understandable. Really felt like he was looking out for me and my family. The decision was basically made then, though I did finally get some other businesses out for other bids. None made me feel as comfortable as Aaron. A few days later Kyle Koester and Jake came out and couldn’t have been more professional or courteous. Knocked it out in a day and a half due to the holiday. I could’ve be happier with the work they provided. I would recommend Logan Services for any and all future needs. They have a customer for life."

"When I needed to have a circuit checked out for problems, I contacted Safe Electric because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. The first visit was with TJ who inspected the line, repaired several outlets and gave me an informative, non-pressure evaluation of my current electric panel that was 40 years old. After going over pricing options, I contacted Safe Electric and TJ to do the panel replacement. TJ, Eric and Brendon were the team who were at the house to replace the panel. The team were all professional, knowledgeable and practiced COVID safe repairs, wearing masks. The work took several days, the first day was to replace the panel and get everything wired back up. I also had to have additional outdoor upgrades, including an additional grounding bar. Finally, a new meter had to be installed. The team kept me informed every step of the way and even provided a generator on the last day to keep some essentials powered during the power outage. I would highly recommend Safe Electric for any electrical needs. They were reasonably priced, professional, and got the work done right."

"Craig Desrosiers with Safe Electric did fantastic work for me right before Christmas. I liked how he arrived on the dot on time. I was so pleased with his work in fact, that I hired Craig a second time today, 12/27 for an additional several hours to install more Lutron Caseta radio dimmer switches for our home and landscape lighting control, which I love. He also installed new duplex outlets that were expertly cut and fished with no holes for me to patch and paint -what a relief and huge convenience to me. This was a very challenging job, especially since they were undoing improperly completed work previously done by a less experienced and unreliable electrician that I foolishly hired as side work (don't ever do that like I did a month ago, because you do NOT get what you think you paid for). Spend the money, hire a recommended licensed, experienced, and honest electrician. He tirelessly trouble shot and traced extensive track lighting fixtures throughout our mid century modern home. It helped to have all items purchased and ready for him to install. The few things I didn't have, he easily had ready to install from his work van. He was definitely prepared. Craig didn't cut any corners, he charged me a fair hourly rate, and most important: everything was done this time perfectly and safely. I feel strongly that when resale time should ever come around in the future years from now, I won't have any further issues or questions from a buyer's pesky home inspector, thanks to his job done right. 'Wish I'd called him first! I now have his cell number saved in my phone, and will gladly pass it on to anyone who asks me in passing if I know of a good electrician I can recommend. Call Craig first! He's the Lutron master pro, and he's been a licensed electrician for over 30 years...and his experience and professionalism shines bright and safe in my home, that's for sure."

"Impressed is an understatement! I called Apex when my mom's water heater went out and the company her home warranty sent couldn't repair the shut off valve. They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything. We were so impressed we had them install the new hot water tank instead of using the home warranty company. Charles was able to do everything the same day and worked around the water mitigation company. He was so professional and did a great job. We will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing needs!"

"The best drain cleaning specialist in the area! Honestly, you wouldn’t want to go to anyone else. They provide the absolute best customer service, they’re incredibly trustworthy, and they get the job done the right way the first time. Highly recommend"

"Apex Plumbing, Heating and Air Pros, are the place to go. They come out and give you a free estimate and honest opinion. I had them replace my water heater and my furnace, and they did a wonderful job on both. I felt that I got the best deal and I was not taken advantage of because I am a woman. I fully recommend Apex and would not go with anyone else"

"Very punctual and professional. Zach and Cody were polite and very considerate. 1-800-Plumber+Air the only company to call me immediately, with an actual representative, to schedule a consultation. They also arrived early which worked out great given that I had to work. I would 100% call them again for assistance. Thank you!"
