"Fine. Although, It turned into a complicated project. The drain was so old and stopped up it could not be opened. The brick had to be drilled apart and a new pipe had to be placed. And the whole line hydrojetted. But it’s now fixed and flows freely. I also had another line hydrojetted."

"The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"
