He sent me a fair estimate, which I compared with 2 other plumbing companies, and his estimate was much more detailed and a fair price. He arrived to my house on time. I had to leave the house and he sent me a few pictures of his evaluations of the plumbing issue at hand. I approved of the work and when he was done, he went over what he had fixed and the materials he used. He recommended a few follow ups I might want to do to keep my plumbing efficient.
