"Eli came quickly and responded quickly and I was in a jam. He detached the spray nozzle from my kitchen sink as asked and fixed the drip on my washing machine with new faucets. All well! Then he pointed out old pipes needing replacement in my cellar and we'll call him for that fix. My only problem was cost. $250 and he wasn't even here more than 30 min. I guess that's what plumbers cost but he did't leave any paperwork either. Just hustled off so I have no record of repairs for my files."

"The gentleman showed up on time and used a high pressure canister tool to force the crud from the drain. This wasn't the $40 tool you'd find on Amazon, but the plumber's professional version of it. He applied two treatments and thus far the drain has worked the best since we got the house 10 years ago. Part of the problem with a bathtub drain is that it can be a nightmare to auger - I have an auger and couldn't get it to make all the twists to get to the pipe. Note that you will be required to sign a waiver that relieves him of any responsibility if the pipes burst from the air pressure involved. This is not unreasonable, and I've seen plumbers wreck drains without telling people ahead of time it could happen. If the pipe's old, and that weak, a heavy auger could wreck it as well. He'll be the first person I call if I have another drain problem."

"Bruce is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Although he's not a morning person, and shows up relatively late in the morning, he will also stay and work until 8-8:30pm, which in our case was completely acceptable. There was no cement under the old water heater, and he went to HD and got cement and some yard edging and made a cement footing while he was working on something else. Cleaned up his work every day. A little difficult to schedule the actual job in the beginning, but I think he was on vacation. Provided detailed advice about (our next project) some random pipes on the ceiling in the kitchen (!) we found while working there. Would definitely hire again for future jobs."
