"Fast, courteous service neat answered any concerns about the future of the fix, asked if there was any thing else that we had a question about what was done and what to expect in the future first time I ever hired someone off Angie’s list I hope they’re all as good or near as good as them and the best part was, I said I didn’t wait very long for him to come check it out give me an estimate and then fix everything that needed to be fixed and then asked me if there was anything else that I needed fixed or ajusted took his time to answer questions about project I have planned for the future and other ideas that might enhance my ID for my project or ideas that will improve the functioning of my home extremely happy with my contractor from just in case, plumbing and heating LL would recommend them to anyone, family, friends, and anyone that needed a company you could trust and expect and get excellent work done in a timely fashion with great results. "There is something to be said about watching true professionals tackle a job. They will do the task quickly, correctly and will be able to deal with unforeseen problems. They have done the job hundreds of times and have seen all the possible problems. It could be a knee replacement surgeon, a tax accountant or, in this case, a water heater installer. The Garden State guys pulled into my driveway at 11:05 AM after promising between 10:00 AM and 2:00PM. The drain valve on my old heater was corroded shut. No problem; we have a pump for that. Need an overflow pan? No problem; we have one right here. Never missing a beat, the new heater was in place, the work area was swept clean and they pulled out of my driveway at 12:02 PM. That was one month ago and I feel like am set for the next ten years. Wow!"

Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."
