"This morning we found out our water heater broke and Good Tiddings responses to our request within ten minutes. Anthony was very responsive and got someone to our house within two hours. Brian was helpful and did a great job getting everything fixed. They gave us a few instructions on future maintenance so our new water heater will remain functional.
