We saw no reason to replace our disposal which functions well and is not that old. Partners Drake and Gage came out to our home as scheduled, and they got to work immediately working efficiently and thoroughly. "Extremely Disappointing Experience ? Overpriced and Poor Quality Work I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend their services. I requested a simple job?re-piping the connection between a new sink and the drain. The work took about 15 minutes, yet I was charged $900, which is completely unreasonable for such a basic task. More concerning than the price was the quality of the work. The technician left old components in place, including a worn P-trap connection that should have been replaced. When I raised concerns, I was reassured everything was fine?until it wasn?t. After reconnecting my disposal, it became obvious the pipe was misaligned. When the technician returned, his attitude suggested he was doing me a favor rather than fixing his own mistake. Later, when I tested the system, the P-trap started leaking. No matter how carefully I tightened it, the leak persisted. When I contacted the company again, I was told the issue was somehow my faul"
