"MasterAZscapes landscaped my backyard in Vistancia with a large cactus garden, lots of bougainvillea for a future hedge, 3 trees, a sidewalk, irrigation, lights, boulders, mounding and decorative rocks. During the planning stage Troy provided me with pricing for each specific plant, rather than just describing X number of plants for X price. I knew what the size of each plant would be, so there were no surprises. He even provided me with a computer image of just how my garden would look. When I didn't like the rip rap delivered by the rock company, there was no argument about changing it out, or who would pay to remove the offensive rip rap. Darrel came by with samples of replacement rock and the project continued with no delay. They planted over 80 plants, with many large, pricey cacti. They did a beautiful job and I'm very pleased with my new garden. I would highly recommend them as they showed great care and thought from the planning stage with Troy through the installation process with Darrel and Tommie. From beginning to end, their primary objective appeared to be my happiness, and they succeeded."

"This is the second review we write for the Outdoor Xscapes guys. We used Outdoor Xscapes a couple years ago for our first initial project (some basic landscaping with pavers, travertine, lawn, etc), and we contacted them for a second round a few weeks ago, this time to build a bbq, fireplace, and a couple walls. Steve has been our designer for both projects and we could not be happier. The whole process went really smooth, the guys did a great job (the crew was really nice and super clean, and made sure that when they were done they wash the backyard area where they were working at), and completed he project to our desire. "Shipley and Sons is also Az Xtreme clean. I talked to the person who came out and cleaned the carpets. He was extremely convincing that he could clean my air vents so that they had no dust in them. I couldn't tell any difference afterwards although he insisted that they were as clean as they were going to get. I had him put in trim between my hardwood floors and carpet. This was tricky because my cat had pulled up the carpet there. He told me that he needed to cut a piece of carpet out from one of my closets to glue into the worse areas. He cut out a very large piece, much bigger than was necessary and it is unsightly in that corner of my closet now. That wouldn't have been a problem if the carpet was place professionally and with care but it was sloppily done with pieces of excess carpet sticking up everywhere.The trim looks nice though.  Also he stripped all of the travertine tile and saltillo tile in my kitchen and the saltillo still looks very dull even with repeated attempts to add shine to it. He also promised to come back to assist me in adding some polish to the travertine but never returned my calls after repeated attempts to get ahold of him. I finally gave up and did it myself with what he suggested to use and it looks better. The price for the work is decent but this company promises better results than what is delivered at least in m case <br />"

"California Pools was phenomenal to work with! From our designer Brian Magrath who listened to us and helped us stay within our budget, to Myra Olson and Vina Ortega who coordinated the project and kept us informed, to Matt White who was our construction manager and would stop in multiple times to check on the progress and do quality control. Our project included the pool, turf, extending the patio to the full length of the house and granite stone. Communication is KEY for us; they always promptly returned calls/texts and answered any and all questions that we had with patience. From breaking ground to our pool orientation was less than 3 months! I will recommend them to anyone who is thinking of putting a pool in, and if needed, will definitely use them again!!!"
