They actually told me NOT to get the additional optional recirculating feature that another company was recommending, due to cost and reliability issues. When Washington Water Heater’s bid came in it was about 40% less than the other guy for the same work and same water heater (minus the recirculating feature)- $5200 vs $9100. They didn’t require any money up front (other guy wanted 50%) and were able to schedule the work for only a few days out (other guy said it could be weeks or months).
