"Had a bad experience with a big box contractor canceling me and needed some bathroom vanities installed now. Was referred to The Plumbing Firm for the work. Luckily a tech was available after 4:00"PM on a Friday and installed the vanities and all the plumbing. Then the next week I had a toilet flange needed replacement. Guys were there again. "Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."
