Came when he said he would, sent me estimates which I approved and the work was done to completion. I would definitely use them again."

"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. I would highly recommend Expo Home for your next tub to walk in shower conversion. Thanks to everyone at Expo Home team and satisfied to be member of their family."

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

He came back and told me he needed to show me something. He said the converter was the problem but if he replaced it there was no guarantee it would fix the problem. I asked for the price and he told me $500. Then he said he wanted to do a freon test so he came in with a probe with it beeping all through the house and took it to the furnace and said look there is a leak. I didn't know what I was listening for it sounded like when he first came in with it. Then he went back outside to screw back up the unit outside after I told him I wasn't going to do anything today with it. He also said the outside unit was newer then the inside one. They both were brand new 6 years ago. When we bought the home brand new. He said that doesn't matter. ??? So when after telling me I have replace the coils because of the leak I told him not today. By this time I was very doubtful of him. While he was writing an estimate in his truck my son turned on the ac it was blowing hot air. Mind you my only issue was it freezing up at night. I called the company and told the lady he did something to it because now it's only blowing hot air. He came in and said he turned off the freon. I never gave him permission to do this.Then he denied ever telling about the converter. Inspect is not turning the freon off. He said to save the compressor he turned it off. I honestly think he was going to leave it off if I didn't say anything. Again inspect and access isn't doing anything except telling what the problem is not turning off the freon. Update. I called another company to come out and He tells me to do a freon test the ac needs to be on! The guy that came out from Daniels didn't even turn it on. The problem was it just needed to be cleaned. People beware!"

"I can’t say enough about Ryan Stegent Plumbing!!! As with any home service, one expects courtesy and care for one’s property. From the first contact to project completion, Ryan was a consummate professional. Ryan and I were in continuous communication related to the job. He was very responsive to questions and flexible to my schedule. When he got to my house, he had everything he needed to do the job and did exactly what I asked him to do. No negotiating an easier path. I really appreciated that. When all was said and done, Ryan had done a superb, professional job despite the heat in the attic (over 120 deg F). If one can do a professional job under difficult conditions, I’d trust him to do any work on my house. I would hire this guy in a second for any future plumbing job. Oh, it was also a nice touch that he charged what he said he would."
