Jose visited with me and talked through my options to either repair or replace my downstairs toilet. I decided to replace so Jose went to pick up my new toilet. When he began to install it, he noticed a small crack in it. That was unacceptable for him, so he returned that toilet and came back with another one. Replacement was done the same day I submitted my request and I couldn't have asked for better service and professionalism!"

"Company was hired to install two faucets and new shower head and faucet in shower. Plumber who came out gave me an estimate for job, which was lower than another companies previous estimate. The other company said they would have to cut into the wall Plumb Pros plumber said it would not be necessary, even though I pointed out what the other company had said. I then okayed the work he started the work did the two faucets and started the shower. He then came to me and said he would have to go through the wall and the cost would be an additional $1400 on top of the original quote. This would have made the cost $900 more than the quote from the previous company. I told him not to do the shower and then called the original company which came and did the shower. Paying both companies cost me $250 more than the total bid from the first company. What work Plumb Pro did for installing the other two faucets was fine. I felt the Plumb Pro plumber should have known what was required to do the work on the bid they gave originally, especially after me telling what the other plumber had said. There work was fine but I do not think I will be calling them again."
