"I spoke to a number of plumbers about installing a hot water recirculation line in my Weston home.  The project was a bit non-traditional as I already had a recirculation pump and had planned a route for the line that minimized the required drywall damage in the ceiling of my finished basement.  <br /> Three plumbers came to my home to talk with me and review the requirements.  One plumber thought the job was too small for him. "Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."
