"Hello, I am requesting assistance from a licensed plumber/gas fitter for gas service restoration at my property: 1239 Maple Ave. Baltimore, MD 21227 BGE has determined that the prior gas service was abandoned and is now processing the project as a new gas service line and exterior meter installation. BGE will be meeting me on-site on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM to review and approve the proposed exterior meter location. I need a licensed plumber/gas fitter who can either attend that BGE site visit or come immediately afterward to evaluate the work required on the customer side of the gas system. Knock You Out could have tried to make some money off of me by saying they needed to come out and look at it, then referring me to the City, and then charging me for their time/truck-roll (while prolonging the entire thing for me). Knock You Out is not cold and unscrupulous. By spending time with me on the phone, but doing no work here and making nothing from it, they proved themselves to be honest and decent people. "Everything went well. This is the third time we have used Mr. Fama. It's really nice to have someone you can rely on to be on time and do the job and know everything will done well. I use our storage room to pot plants etc. Unfortunately the only sink on this lower floor is a shallow sink in the bathroom and have to carry dirty pots etc. upstairs. They arrived on a very rainy day and covered all our floor with protection before starting. The sink was placed near the water pipe and a cabinet had to be moved. They moved the cabinet and installed the sink to a spot nearby. Removed boxes from that area and placed the cabinet there, next to the sink. They cleaned up and left the area spotless."

"Our master bathroom tub started to back up.  The tub and sink are connected which caused us to be unable to use either the sink or the tub.  We have a little one so this was a huge problem.  We called Magnolia and they were very efficient and ready to help.  They sent someone the next day to fix everything.  Magnolia had three people on the job and one was an apprentice.  It was a great learning experience for all.  The plumbing was complex as the pipes had to be accessed through the master bathroom closet.  The techs quickly and efficiently removed the contents, cleared the clog, and put everything back just they way they found it.  Fantastic job.  I did rate Magnolia a B on cost as they are a bit pricey, however, the do a great job and you get what you pay for.
