"I have a heat pump, the technician told me he was not well versed on heat pumps. My system works well, after 10 years I wanted to check the Freon level for efficiency. The technician hooked up the low pressure side and not the high pressure side and said temperature looks ok. I asked how do you know if I need a pound or two of freon, he started going on about the cost of Freon I called booking number a Couple of days later I called and told them why I didn t take them up on their service plan, nice guy but didn t check the level. I don t normally leave negative feedback but the person who I called didn t seem concerned. No one reach out out, check cleared ......"

Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars.
