"Just moved into a HUD home and we were having problems with the gas working and also the water pressure from the hot water heater. In trying to figure everything else I called Jerry to help with the hot water heater. He realized that even though I thought the water was on {it was at the time of inspection} it wasn't. He didn't charge me and also didn't make me feel like the idiot that I am. I will use him again if I need plumbing help."

"Snap freeze caused a frozen outdoor spigot which cracked. Unfortunately replacement required cutting some drywall in my basement to access the pipe. Alfredo and his assistant were great. Prompt, polite, clean, and efficient. Plumber's are expensive but the quote came in low/middle range so it seems like they are fair. Use those outdoor spigot covers everyone!"

"Repair technician seemed to know his stuff.  Found the problem with the A/C but recommended due to cost and age of the A/C (20 years) that we replace it.  He also pointed out a serious crack in the 26 year old gas furnace noting it would cause failure in the near future.  He closed up all his work and didn't push us to use them for the new heat pump.  I asked them to contact me for an estimate.
Mercurio's gave us a free estimate from for a heat pump/furnace solution to replace our gas furnace and electrical A/C.  Their price was competitive and the gentleman that came by to complete the estimate was impressive.  We ended up going with a company recommended by co-workers that had a higher efficiency furnace included.  Mercurio's was our 2nd choice.
