"It was excellent. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, provided solution and pricing, clean installation, and no issue with the installation after it's done. I'm very pleased. They were very courteous and wore PPE's"

"Josiah was punctual. He did a fine job He replaced a few feet of plastic water lines with copper pipe and secured it to a piece of wood to hold it tight I had noticed when the washer filled with water the plastic water tubing would jump around. This secured it ! He put in a new faucet. It looks very nice. He got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and we agreed. We also had him flush our water heater too we were very pleased with his work."

"Chris and Kelly did an awesome job for a great price. I will definitely be hiring them again for other projects I have coming up."

"I thought the plumber would have the fairly standard unit I needed. He didn't, so to get it fixed I went to Home Depot and bought a good replacement while plumber removed the old unit. That worked well and he said I saved a couple of hundred so, good. I haven't paid yet, because he needs to get new seats for the old bathroom sink faucet that has a very slow leak. Need to finish that part or just call it a project and take care of the bathroom later."

"Prompt reply to request, took care of the project (new water heater) at a competitive price with attention to detail. I was happy to use a local small business owner with pride of workmanship."

"The work was completed very well, they arrived on time and were very polite. The price seemed to be high and we had to wait for a water heater to be delivered and for the installers. So in all 4 different employees were here for a good part of the day. They email you ahead of time pictures & information about who is coming to your house which is nice as that way you can easily recognize who is at your front door."

"He was able to fit my job in with only a few hours notice. He was on time and professional. He quickly confirmed that the quote given on the phone was accurate. For my leaking gate valve, he offered an exact replacement but also offered a better ball valve with minimal cost. He fixed the problem within my expected time. The only problem was that water shut off for the pipe would not shut off so he had to shut off the water at the meter."
