Hes very good. Did the work quickly installed my window a/c's made the install better than my last guy. With Covid going around its hard to find a handyman. Glad its done would hire again, Cost was fair.

Lance remodeled a bathroom for me, he pays attention to detail, pretty quick for the quality of work he puts out, he is easy to work with, and a pretty funny guy overall.
