TJ was very responsive when I called and explained that one end of the traverse rod had detached from the wall hardware, and the pulley had broken too. He came the very next day and took about half an hour to fix the whole thing....

TG came the very next day...and repaired 2 of my blinds when the strings were broken. Other repair people would have told me that I had to replace them...so happy that he was able to fix them...saved me lots of $$$. Highly recommend...
