After 14 years, the fan on the system went. When installed there was a lifetime parts and labor guarantee. Karl came immediately and did the repair, checked the entire system over, and re-tested all at no cost.

Contractor knows his business, for sure. Did a great job.
But, it took 3-4 visits dragged out over 2 weeks, to get it done. Blamed his supplier on getting parts slow.
