John was on time for each visit. Had to purchase the parts and did so that evening so he was able to return the next morning. He knew what he had to do and did it well. We were pleased.

They. need to call much faster, not weeks after the delivery. Should not be more than 3 days. This is our only complaint. Their work is excellent.
