Professional and friendly. My rugs were very dirty. They look amazing. Renee did a wonderful job. I would hire them again, in fact, we have three more rooms to be done, and I wouldn't trust the job to anyone else.

I booked an appointment with Renee to have my 15 yr. old beige carpets cleaned , which have not been cleaned since installation. I was blown away at the results! After cleaning they looked and smelled like the day they were installed....
