The technician was fast, competent and polite...5 stars for him...I waited for 2 hours past the appointed arrival time from 1 - 3. He arrived at 5. I had to keep contacting the company to see if he was coming at all that day.

He came on time, had to drill out old safe, and replaced it with a new one, then took away the old one. Someone even called and came by to return some missed jewelry that was in the old safe
