Dave showed up when promised and gave a call before he headed out. Was let down by normal service company of 30 yrs. Dave came to the rescue. Prompt and professional. Pleasantly surprised by the bill. Dave is our guy now.

Dave was very personable and took the time to explain to me how the furance is serviced. He also was able to find out when the furnace was installed and how to continue the maintance for it.
