The workers were very good, but did not know all of the items that were agreed upon. I had to keep checking to make sure everything was what I had ordered. I think it was communication problem with their office.

Amazingly fast response time and turn around. My only slight complaint was that the estimate came in under, even for a 2 hr job (the original estimate did not include parts apparently?). I also had to explain the problem I was having...
