Dennis was so sweet and thorough. Not only did he charge a price I couldn t beat, but he gave me such a detailed report with pictures and whatnot not even 24hours after the inspection.

Dennis was great. He was able to come out in the small window of time that I had available and quoted me a much better price than his competitors and a shorter inspection time (one competitor quoted my 3.5 hours for a 900 foot condo)....
