Melvin was very quick to call, able to make it the same day and did a great job of fixing my more than 16 year old Hunter-Douglas product. And he is a funny nice guy. The only problem was his website which perhaps had been hacked....

Melvin called me with in 15 minutes and came to my house with in an hour to install on the same day. He was very nice, polite and did a great job. I definitely would hire him again!!!
