Your tech person did a great job. Very personal, quick to find what the problem was and did a quick repair.

They delayed arrival by two days. I was then told 1st thing in AM - he arrived about 3:30pm. He was very polite and did a great job. But if you work from home don t depend upon them to arrive as scheduled.
