I had 2 spots on white carpet to be removed. They were removed quickly and efficiently. Very friendly, covered unaffected area with drop cloth, highly recommend.

West Side used a truck-based system to clean my mother's apartment instead of a weaker independent unit used by many carpet cleaners. The men were helpful and efficient, and the carpet looks fine.
