They are very nice and understanding. I explained that I was a widow on a fixed income and they installed my water heater at the least possible cost.

We had them come out and replace the water heater. We ran into an issue with the installation which they came back out and repaired at no charge. Then they issued a partial refund for damages that incurred. We would hire them again...
