Hendrick IT was fantastic! They spent 10-15 mins on the phone troubleshooting the computer problem with my son - a college student -- and they gave advice on how to fix it, did not require a visit and didn't ask for any payment....

Robert did a great job transferring all the data from my old computer to a new one. He was prompt, efficient, and I enjoyed working with him.
