Leonardo was very thorough and knowledgeable but our insurance company had issues with the format of the report. Hopefully we don't have to have another company that our insurance company relies on redo inspection.

He is a nice young man and very polite, however, He missed a lot of details that were very important on the inspection. I am very pleased with his performance and even my realtor wants to use this company.
