"Well let me first start off by saying as a home owner having work done of any sort at your home always adds stress to your normal daily routine. When we decided it was time to do some upgrading to our home, we started the task of seeking out quotes for doing our roof first. While shopping roofers and gathering quotes I came across Tony Guzman of Dream Home Remodeling Inc. After sitting and talking with Tony my Husband and myself felt that he and his company would be our choice. I cannot say enough about the great job they did. They arrived on time, there was a foreman present the entire job who was very knowledgeable about roofing, the shingles I choose and was able to address and answer any of my concerns, all the guys were polite and left my home after completing the job spotless with a beautiful new roof. I was pleasantly surprised at the little amount of stress involved while Tony and his crew were here. It was an A+ all around!"

"Jeff (the owner) came by to assess a crack I had seen in my foundation. He told me that it wasn't actually a crack in the foundation but a crack in some superficial cement that was smeared over the actual foundation and is just a cosmetic problem that doesn't need to be dealt with. He gave me some advice and recommendations for some gutter work and didn't charge me a dime. 
I really do appreciate the honesty because I really hate getting a sales pitch. I'd recommend this company to anyone who is looking for someone to give an honest assessment and I trust them to do honest work if I ever need it in the future

"The service I received was exemplary other than a delay imposed by the Labor Day holiday weekend. I had detected a potential leak in the water line to the house after noticing a portion of my lawn was saturated. I called the leak in on Thursday morning before the Labor Day weekend, and Mathew Thatcher arrived within two hours. He cut off the water and spent the next few hours tracing water and sewage lines into the house and detecting the probable source of the leak. He went out of his way to minimize the potential cost of this tracing operation. In addition he performed a number of minor interior repairs that I had delayed performing. These included replacement of a rusting garbage disposal and repair of a recently developed toilet leak. My only possible caveat was the fact that the full repair could not be done until the following Tuesday. However, we got by turning the main water line on and off (using a key loaned to us by Mr. Thatcher) when water was needed. The leak was repaired on Tuesday after ripping up a small portion of the driveway and replacing a cracked plastic connector (undoubtedly an earlier repair to the line done many years ago) with copper piping, installing a sewer line clean out and water line cut off inside the house and repairing the driveway. I would like to particularly single out Mr. Thatcher for his helpfulness, complete explanations of potential problems and options at each step of the way, and focus on finding the least expensive method of completing an inevitably costly repair."

"Richard was fantastic.....AWESOME.... he was the best... and I can't say anything more than that. Richard did everything that we had asked him to help us with and more. He also identified some very serious problems and issues at our project, such as termite damage behind the walls, and then he fixed the problems....right "ON THE SPOT", and “the best part”… for a reasonable fee. He took on this tough project with ease. He did a fantastic job installing our new windows, doors and also painting the interior. He was very professional at all times. "The owner (Victor Smith) and his assistant performed all the cleaning. The cost was $129 but was charged an additional $35 for the tougher spots. Guaranteed Carpet and Tile Cleaning did a fine job. They were efficient and thorough. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

"I called to get an estimate and they came out right away. The crew got to my house on time, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was informed that in addition to the estimate, there might be an additional 1-3 boards broken that couldn't be seen until they started working, and how much it would cost per board. The crew found 2 broken boards, but came to show me first and confirm the additional cost before they started the work. They completed the work in one day and I was very satisfied with the work. When the tree fell it had also bent soffit. The crew also "fixed" that as much as possible so I wouldn't have to replace it."
