"So happy I found Brian for my jet pump repair. I’m new to the hot tub game and Brian made the experience of fixing my hot tub so easy. He is so nice, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He explained steps on how to keep the hot tub running and what we should be doing as owners. So appreciative of him and will 100% use him for any future problems."

"Very well. Nick was very good and the tub looks stellar. Nick spent time explaining the care of a reglaze day tub. For a nominal fee, he put a sand bottom on the tub to prevent slipping. He was early and very professional. He guaranteed his work for 3 years. I recommend him and already have told friends and family to hire him. I have another tub and will have him reglaze it in the near future. I have had many work men do work for me over the years and Nick is one of my top 5 as he is a pleasure to deal with and of course, did a great job."

"We had grout breakage around some of the tile in the bathtub, which meant that the backing behind the tile was rotting. Since we knew we had to replace the backing and tile in the tub area, we decided to remove the old, 1940's era 3 handle shower faucet and replace them with a modern 1 handle shower faucet while the wall was open. Chris ended up coordinating the whole job with his licensed plumber friend, Mark Laverty. Chris (and a helper) replaced the rotted drywall backing with cement board and new tiles, while Mark did the plumbing work. An hour of demolition work, two hours for the plumbing, half a day to put up the new cement backing and tiling, and the next morning to grout it all up (he regrouted the entire bathtub area too). Chris had us buy the tiles and bathtub fixtures beforehand, so the whole job came out to $800 for labor: $500 for Chris, $300 for Mark. Chris did a great job. The part he fixed up looks a hundred times better than the rest of the bathtub - so good that we are planning on having Chris retile our entire bathroom next year."
