"The process from start to finish (of the project itself) was pleasant. Tom came to do our quote and was very good about not rushing us into a quote. We've quoted with several other contracting companies to transform our old fiberglass tub and shower into a walk in setup and Five Star Bath came in with the best price and the most polite people. I'm keeping a star off, however, just as a way to provide critique: We were cautioned to let the shower cure after the job for 24 hours, but this was insufficient for the footshelf, which slid after we believed it to be cured. (Also hot/cold valve was backwards.) In their favor, they came to fix this no questions asked but it took me a bit of prodding to get through to the right people. Perhaps some extra information on who to contact sooner for such things would help. The gentleman that came out to help was very polite and promptly fixed the problem. Great overall."

"They were the sub for Platinum Remodeling on my bathroom remodel. Their job was to measure, cut and install the glass shower door. BIG complaint. The Platinum guys said from the beginning that the clearance they saw these glass doors was enough for the elegant tile pencil trim framing the glass tile strip where the glass would be installed. Glass & Mirror insisted that they had to grind the pencil down for the install. After the install, it was clear that THEY DID NOT HAVE TO GRIND THE TILE PENCIL DOWN. The result is that they caused an absolutely beautiful tile job to be marred. That speaks to me of some degree of incompetence although the door is cut perfectly, and excellent quality and their installers did a very good job."

Fixed water run off problem at bay window, Aldo reframed the bay window that had rotted from water damage, painted all the trim. Great communication and meticulous wood work. Sky made sure everything was done perfectly, on budget and timely."

"The realtor selling my mom's house noticed a small leak in a basement pipe and said I needed to get it fixed. He recommended Burkhardt Plumbing and they were close to my mom's house. I called and they came out the same day. While doing that repair they found another area that could be a problem, but wasn't yet, and fixed that as well. I appreciated that they found another potentially bad pipe and fixed it while they were there. The price was reasonable and I would hire them again. Chris and his helper were very tidy, professional, and friendly."

"We heard about Plumbline Builders through Angie's List. After submitting an inquiry through Angie's List, we were able to get an appointment with Roger Sirany right away.  Roger came out to our home  on a Saturday morning and met with us to discuss the project. We were impressed with Roger's thoroughness and professionalism right away. 
Roger put together a bid for us within a few weeks. Compared to the other contractors we were looking at for the same project, Plumbline Builders was approximately in the middle, in terms of cost. We were impressed by the details that were in the bid and felt confident that Plumbline Builders was the best choice for our project.
As part of the bid package, Roger provided a list of local suppliers that he had developed relationships with over the years and who he recommended we meet with to pick out the major elements, primarily the tile and the custom vanity. These suppliers were easy to work with and we were very satisfied with the materials and options that we had to chose from.
Roger's employee Mike was assigned to our remodel and was really the face of the company for our project. He was very professional and courteous..
The bathroom demo started approximately in mid-June and they were able to get the plumbing roughed in right away. Mike showed great attention to detail, which we appreciated, though at times it seemed that things were going slower than they should. His tile work was amazing! 
The project wrapped up in mid-September, so it took approximately 3 months to complete from the start of the demolition. We did have a minor misunderstanding regarding the bathroom closet, but in the end, it worked out well.
All and all, we were very satisfied with the work that Plumbline Builders performed and would recommend them highly.

The sales guy was new and told us that we would not have to remove a wall in order to install the tub that we wanted, but the owner came in and looked and said that we would have to remove the wall. They ended up having to have out bathtub custom-made to fit the area, and the whole process took a lot longer thatn originally quoted."
